Unlike the iPod Touch Porn Videos, iPod Porn Videos have to be downloaded and then sync'd to your iPod using iTunes.
This really isn't a problem. In fact you should count yourself lucky that you'll never suffer the disappointment of the porn provider screwing up the video encoding for QuickTime streaming, or your wi-fi connection packing up half way through a porn movie :)
The only thing you need concern yourself with is whether your chosen porn service has made their porn movies available in an iPod / iTunes friendly format.
Should you opt for a porn service that hasn't taken the time to make the movies iPod compatible in QuickTime, your iTunes software may convert downloaded video files to a friendly format and transfer them to your iPod, but you'll need to check with them first.
Essentially, you just view the porn site using your Mac/PC, download/save the porn video to your hard drive and then sync it to your iPod using iTunes.
Once you've downloaded a QuickTime iPod porn movie, you'll want to get it on to your iPod.

Here's how you sync iPod porn movies using iTunes.
- Start iTunes, and select 'File' and 'Add file to library'.
- Browse to folder on your PC/Mac that contains the QuickTime porn movie.
- Select the movie file and select 'open'.
The iPod porn movie is now in your iTunes Movie Library. You can see/check this by selecting 'Movies' under the library heading in the left hand menu in iTunes.
Next you need to instruct iTunes to include the movie when you next sync your iPod.
- Connect your iPod to iTunes using the USB cable.
- Choose your iPod under the 'DEVICES' heading in the left hand menu.
- On the 'summary' page you select 'Video Tab'.
- Scroll down to the 'Movies' section. Here is where you manage what porn movies you want to sync to your iPod.
- Tick the 'Sync Movies'. Note that you can tick/untick specific porn movies. Perfect if you have a large library of iPod porn videos.
The final step is to hit the 'SYNC' button. All done.
The movies are accessed on your iPod via 'Videos'.
If you're looking to transfer porn DVD's to your iPod, you'll need to get your hands on DVD Ripping software, and then transfer the movie from your computer to your iPod using iTunes.
Unless you already have an extensive collection of Adult DVD's, and a high end computer, this all seems to be far too much trouble for me. So that's all I cover on the subject.
I've never actually bothered doing this, so I don't have any DVD ripping software I can recommend.
